Beer Cheese Dip
- 1/3 cup your favorite beer
- 2 cups Ellsworth cheddar cheese, shredded
- 16 ozs cream cheese (softened)
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix

Start by placing the 2 bricks of cream cheese in your mixing bowl

Next add your 2 cups of cheese, ranch mix, and beer
