Pizza-dillas

Perfect appetizer, snack, or entree – and easy to customize for everyone’s tastes.

  • 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cup pizza sauce , divided
  • 1 cup Blaser’s Muenster Cheese
  • 1 cup Garlic Cheese Curd Crumbles (or chopped curds)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni minis
  • Additional Pizza Toppings, optional (onions, peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc)
  1. Set an iron skillet or a frying pan over medium heat. Grease with butter. Place tortilla on skillet.
  2. Working on only half the tortilla (you’ll be folding it over)…
    Spread a light layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla. Divide up the toppings evenly over each flour tortilla. Don’t overstuff.
  3. Once cheese begins to melt, using a spatula, fold one side of the tortilla over the other. Cook just until lightly browned.
  4. Serve while warm with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
